How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us with:

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
