All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

The estimated delivery time is 3-4 business days after dispatch. Delivery may take longer during peak periods.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details to monitor your delivery.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. simplyhomely is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
